- Place the fat in a small saucepan and melt it over high heat. Add the chicken hearts to the melted fat.
- Season with salt, cumin, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Cook them in a pan while flipping them over occasionally. They are going to start letting out water. Reduce the temperature to medium.
