  • 4 tablespoon gram flour besan or chickpea flour or 2 to 3 tablespoon arrow root flour or corn starch or all purpose flour
  • 2 to 3 pinches black salt or regular salt or rock salt
  • oil for deep frying as required

Instructions
 

  • Use a pressure cooker, steamer, or electric cooker to boil potatoes. The potatoes should be fully cooked after a full boil. The potatoes can even be steamed for 7 to 8 minutes in an Instant Pot.
  • Peel the potatoes and thoroughly mash them in a mixing basin once they are warm. Prior to incorporating the remaining ingredients, give the potatoes time to come to room temperature.
  • Cheese should be grated and set aside. The amount of tightly packed grated cheese is 12 cup, or one cup.

  • 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 eggs divided
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken breasts, garlic paste, jalapeño, 1/2 cup water, salt, and pepper to a medium pot. Boil the chicken until fully done while covering the pot.
  • Remove the chicken from the saucepan once it is thoroughly cooked, then set it aside to cool.
  • Use a food processor or a fork to shred the chicken (I used a food processor). If shredding the chicken in a food processor, make sure it has cooled down.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by coating it with foil and preheating the oven to 200 C. Spray frying oil on heavily.
  • Place the cheese, mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, and one egg in a bowl with the shredded chicken. Mix everything together completely.
  • Make balls out of this chicken mixture (about 1 tablespoon each).
  • Now, prepare the remaining egg, bread crumbs, and flour in separate shallow pans for breading the chicken cheese balls. Lightly whisk in one tablespoon of water before adding it to the egg.
  • One chicken cheese ball should now be thoroughly coated in breadcrumbs after being rolled in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Once all of the chicken cheese balls have been breaded, repeat these processes.
