- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Red chili peppers, water, salt, and 2 tablespoons of butter are all combined in a pot over medium-high heat. up to a boil.
- Add the rice, cover, and turn the heat down to medium. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring regularly, until the rice is cooked.
- In a skillet or wok, warm the sesame oil over medium heat. Pour in half the soy sauce after cooking and stirring the garlic for approximately a minute until fragrant.
- Until the chicken is browned, no longer pink in the center, and the juices run clear, 5 to 8 minutes, cook and mix the chicken with the basil, white pepper, dry mustard, and turmeric.
- Mix the chicken mixture with the remaining soy sauce.
- In a another skillet, cook and stir broccoli, green pepper, red pepper, and onion with 1 tablespoon butter until soft, about 10 minutes. juice of one lemon into the vegetables.
- Chicken and vegetables are combined.

2.Kickin’ Chicken Chili with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 pound skinless boneless chicken breast halves or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil
- 1 16 ounce jar green salsa
- 1 16 ounce package frozen pepper stir-fry vegetables yellow, green, and red sweet peppers, and onion
- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
- Dairy sour cream optional
- Shredded cheese optional
Instructions
- Chicken should be coated in cumin and salt in a big basin. Cook the chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat, half at a time, until no longer pink. Remove the fat. In a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker, put the chicken. Add salsa, stir-fried vegetables, beans, and tomatoes that haven't been drained.
- Cook with a cover for 4 to 5 hours on low heat or 2 to 2 1/2 hours on high heat.
- 3 cups of the chili should be set aside and stored as stated below. Use to make a spicy chicken taco salad (see recipe below). Serve any leftover chili. Add cheese and sour cream as desired. 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings plus leftovers are made.
- Put the chili in a container that is airtight. For up to three days, seal and refrigerate.
- Kickin' Chicken Taco Salad: Heat the reserved chili in a medium sauce pan over low heat until it is warm. 6 cups shredded green leaf lettuce, 1 large avocado, half, seeded, skinned, and chopped; 1 cup grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved, if desired; and 1/2 cup red onion, chopped, should all be combined in a very large bowl. Stir in the warm chili after adding it. Divide between four sizable salad dishes. Add 1 1/2 cups of plain or lime-flavored tortilla chips that have been finely crushed. If preferred, evenly distribute cilantro sour cream over salads. serves four.
- Cilantro Sour Cream: Combine 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro and 1/2 cup dairy sour cream in a small bowl.

- 1 lb bacon
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1'' pieces
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Shortways cut the bacon chunks into thirds. Take each piece of chicken and around it with a piece of bacon. With a toothpick, secure the bacon and set it aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Each piece of chicken should be well coated in the brown sugar mixture, including the top.
- Place on a wire rack over an aluminum foil-lined pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until the bacon is crisp and the chicken juices are clear.

- ¼ cup pickled jalapeno pepper slices
- 4 ounces precooked bacon crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C). Spray cooking spray on a large, rimmed baking sheet before lining it with aluminum foil.
- Melted butter, cayenne pepper sauce, and 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing should be mixed thoroughly in a bowl. Chicken should be added and coated.
- Over the prepared baking sheet, evenly distribute the tortilla chips. Chips should be covered in tomato, olives, onion, and jalapenos. Top the chicken mixture with bacon crumbles after spreading it over the vegetables.
