- To drain, you'll need some paper towels and a bowl.
- First, get a pan from the dish rack and set it atop the stove.
- In a pan, heat the oil over low to medium heat.
- Marinade the chicken while you wait for the oil to heat up.
- Cut the chicken strips into smaller pieces using a cutting board.
- After you've diced the chicken, put it in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of spicy sauce.

- Have a 375 degree oven ready. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of Ginger Orange Sriracha Sauce and chicken in a medium bowl. To make these tasty bites, wrap each chicken cube in half a slice of bacon and then fasten it with a toothpick. Put in a 9-by-13-inch pan that has been oiled and coated with foil. Coat the bacon and chicken with the remaining 1/4 cup of Ginger Orange Sriracha Sauce. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Use paper towels for disposal. Put the remaining sauce on with a brush. About 25-30 bite-sized chicken snacks can be made with this recipe. Advice: Swap out the chicken for fresh pineapple chunks. Roast for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
