What’s the best way to bread chicken?
Coat each piece of chicken breast with flour and remove any excess. Then, pass the chicken breast through the egg to lightly coat it, and let any excess drip back into the bowl. At last, place the chicken in the bread crumbs, flip it over, and press it down firmly to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.

5.EASY Russian Chicken
EASY Russian Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts about 2 1/2 pounds
- 1/4-1/2 sweet white onion
- 1 8 ounce jar Russian Dressing
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 C brown sugar
Instructions
- Start by setting your oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- Apply cooking spray to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Place in the pan the halves of four chicken breasts. By slicing them, you can speed up the cooking process. Thinly slice a sweet white onion, about a quarter to half of a whole onion. Just make sure the strips aren't too thick. They'll be able to whip up meals much quicker with its aid.
- Set the onion rings on top of the chicken.
- To make Russian dressing, combine 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper with one (8-ounce) container of Russian dressing. Before pouring it over the chicken and onions, give it a good stir to make sure everything is properly combined.
- Add a quarter cup of brown sugar to the dressing.
- Put the pan into the oven and cover it securely with aluminum foil.
- Put in the oven and set the timer for 30 minutes. Carefully discard the foil, and serve atop each chicken breast a generous helping of the vibrant orange sauce.
- To ensure the chicken is cooked through and the onions are soft, continue baking, uncovered, for 20 minutes longer.
- Take the pan out of the oven and cover it tightly with foil. Let it set for about 5 minutes. This will ensure that it retains all of its delicious moisture.
- Toss with rice. Enjoy!
